On Bold and the Beautiful , things have taken a deliciously twisted turn with the revelation that Luna is Sheila’s granddaughter. The two women have bonded hard and fast, finding in each other the kind of unconditional love both have long been denied. But when Deacon starts playing gatekeeper, Luna may decide she’s not about to lose the only family she has left – no matter what it takes.
Will Deacon Become A Target
Deacon’s (Sean Kanan) suspicions aren’t totally unfounded. Luna (Lisa Yamada) did play a rather lethal role in the untimely demise of two of his pals. But she’s also a vulnerable young woman who’s clinging to Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) like a lifeline. The problem? Deacon will soon find out and start to see Luna as a threat. When he tries to draw a hard line, that’s when things could get very interesting.
What if Luna, desperate and unhinged, decides the only way to secure her bond with Grandma Sheila is to take Deacon off the chessboard completely? Picture it: Deacon tied up in some remote cabin while Luna plays doting granddaughter in Sheila’s living room, pretending like nothing is wrong. Is it dramatic? Yes. Is it absolutely something this show would do? Also yes.
The She-Devil Takes Charge
And the big question – how would Sheila react? Would she be horrified and cut Luna off forever? Or would she double down on family loyalty, crack open a bottle of wine, and say, “Well, maybe he was asking for it.” After all, Sheila has done far worse for far less.
There’s also the possibility that this incident could turn Luna into Sheila 2.0 – soft-spoken on the outside, wildly unpredictable on the inside. If Luna’s willing to go this far for love, what else is she capable of? Sheila may just be looking in a mirror…and loving what she sees.
